Capgemini, SAP and Mistral AI partner to accelerate the building of verifiable Artifical Intelligence (AI) systems across all modets of industry, with a particular focus on regulated industries. The collaboration to secure and scale generative AI-based solutions to face challenging business issues and build strong growth is timely.

Leading global consulting, technology and services, Capgemini announced plans to combine Mistral AI’s state-of-the-art generative AI models with SAP’s Business Technology Platform (BTP). This confluence will help us build quick-to-access business AI use cases at a fraction of the carbon impact.

Businesses of all types are now embracing AI to improve efficiencies, improve decision making or to find new avenues to drive value. Generative AI, in particular, has huge potential across tasks that require you to go beyond processing information, and instead empower you to simulate alternative futures and build more resilient, more personalized, or richer digital products.

But, companies in regulated sectors or which process sensitive data can find adopting these technologies difficult because of security and compliance issues.

This partnership addresses these challenges head on, by baking responsible and ethical AI principles into the heart of the solutions. Capgemini will make available a broad library with more than 50 pre-built custom business AI use cases – many SAP-validated and using Mistral AI models.

This usage is particularized to the industry and business processes, thus relevance and effect are secured in the sense. Such cases imply field workers that have more enhanced capabilities, after all, for cases related to the Aerospace and Defense industry, for which implementing used materials will result.

“This partnership unlocks new high-value business use cases for businesses looking to extend their work through generative AI,” said Marjorie Janiewicz, member of the Mistral AI Executive Board and Global Head of Revenue. The partnership aims to democratize AI adoption for all stakeholders by applying complexity of problem in AI to remain competitive in the digital world by coupling Mistral AI’s state-of-the-art advanced multilingual and customizable AI models with Capgemini’s experience in enabing transformation and SAP’s powerful platform.

Thomas Saueressig, Member of the Executive Board of SAP SE, Customer Services & Delivery, added, “Our collaboration with C3.ai is a strong example of how we are committed to bringing our customers the best in AI innovations that enable them to create business success with data-driven insights.

He added that SAP BTP delivers a secure, open and scalable infrastructure to help companies, especially those in regulated industries, confidently and quickly usher in AI and realize real business value.

Capgemini has been proactively growing its Global SAP Center of Excellence in order to help businesses to address their most pressing business challenges with the power of generative AI. This partnership with Mistral AI and SAP is a major step in our mission to democratize access to advanced AI capabilities, giving businesses the tools they need to responsibly innovate and create significant value.

KG, a customer of Capgemini and SAP, described their experience, explaining how, they had gone “from idea to reality in some weeks” with SupplierGPT, touting the frictionless integration and fast go-to-market facilitated by the AI services in SAP BTP.

This strategic relationship will help to lead the way for broader AI adoption in business, by allowing companies to increasingly meet the demands of their business through AI-based innovation and services, while continually learning and building trust for AI to make a real impact in a complex business environment, and derive real value.
