Comviva, a global leader in customer experience and data monetization solutions, has announced a significant partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to accelerate its “AI-first” transformation and SaaSification journey.

This strategic collaboration is set to embed advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI (GenAI) capabilities across Comviva’s entire product suite, aiming to deliver unparalleled customer experiences and drive sustainable growth for its clients worldwide.

The alliance is a pivotal step in Comviva’s 2.0 growth strategy, focusing on leveraging AWS’s robust cloud infrastructure and cutting-edge AI/ML services. By transitioning multiple intellectual properties to a SaaS model on AWS, Comviva seeks to enhance scalability, flexibility, and speed-to-market for its digital solutions. This will enable faster deployment of new features and updates, ensuring customers benefit from continuous innovation.

Comviva plans to integrate AI and GenAI across its core platforms, including Ngage-CNPaaS, API Marketplace, MobiLytix, BlueMarble, and mobiquity, for predictive insights and enhanced operational efficiency. For instance, the MobiLytix™ Real-Time Marketing platform will be bolstered with GenAI master agents for actionable analytics and faster campaign configuration.
