As temperatures rise and vacation plans kick into gear, cybersecurity vigilance often cools down. Recognizing this seasonal dip in employee engagement, Living Security, the global leader in Human Risk Management (HRM), today announced the launch of its “Free Summer Content Series.” This open-access, expertly crafted series aims to keep security front and center, transforming employees into a stronger line of defense against evolving cyber threats.

Running from July 7 through August 29, the series delivers eight weeks of bite-sized, high-impact training modules. Each module features a concise 2-5 minute micro-training video followed by a five-question quiz, making it perfect for busy teams to stay sharp without adding significant workload. Topics covered include “Alternative Forms of Phishing,” “Insider Threat,” “Social Engineering,” “AI Regulation & Policy,” and “Password Best Practices,” among others.

“We know summer can be a tough time to maintain engagement,” said Morgan Obregon, Director of Operations at Living Security. “So, we’re making it easy for teams to have instant access to meaningful content without the burden of creating it themselves.”

Traditional Security Awareness & Training (SAT) programs often fall short, prioritizing compliance over genuine behavioral change. Living Security’s approach, rooted in Human Risk Management, focuses on actionable insights and targeted interventions. The company’s Unify platform offers 3X more visibility into human risk by correlating behavior, identity, and threat data, pinpointing the 10% of users who pose the greatest risk and automating real-time interventions to significantly reduce exposure.

The “Free Summer Content Series” is accessible through Living Security’s HRM Community, which provides not only these eight training modules but also ongoing insights, discussions, and resources to elevate human risk programs beyond mere checkbox training. This initiative underscores Living Security’s mission to empower individuals as the strongest defense against cyber threats, delivering timely, relatable, and impactful content that meets employees where they are, even during the summer slowdown.
