Kyndryl, a leading IT infrastructure services provider, has announced a new partnership with Generix Group, a global provider of SaaS solutions for the supply chain, to modernize its IT infrastructure and integrate artificial intelligence into its core business operations. This collaboration marks a significant step for Generix as it seeks to enhance its service offerings, improve operational efficiency, and accelerate its global growth trajectory. The initiative is a prime example of how companies are increasingly turning to strategic partnerships to navigate the complexities of digital transformation.

The multi-year agreement will see Kyndryl leverage its expertise in cloud, data, and AI to help Generix migrate its existing IT infrastructure to a more agile and scalable cloud environment. This modernization will provide a robust foundation for Generix’s continued innovation and expansion, enabling it to better serve its customers with reliable and high-performance solutions. The partnership’s core focus is on integrating AI and machine learning capabilities into Generix’s supply chain solutions. This will allow for real-time data analysis, predictive insights, and automated decision-making, helping clients optimize their logistics, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain resilience.

A key element of the project is the development of a shared innovation roadmap. Kyndryl and Generix will work together to co-create new AI-powered solutions that address emerging challenges in the supply chain sector, such as demand forecasting, inventory management, and last-mile delivery. The collaboration will also focus on upskilling Generix’s technical teams, providing them with the necessary knowledge and tools to manage and leverage the new AI technologies effectively. This educational component is crucial for ensuring the long-term success of the initiative and fostering a culture of continuous innovation.
