Automation Anywhere, a global leader in Agentic Process Automation (APA), today announced the launch of its new Agentic Solutions, marking a significant leap forward in delivering outcome-oriented AI for business users.

These pre-built solutions aim to bridge the gap between AI proofs-of-concept and scalable, production-ready applications, enabling enterprises to achieve measurable results faster and more efficiently.

The newly unveiled Agentic Solutions are built on Automation Anywhere’s robust APA system, integrating AI agents, Robotic Process Automation (RPA), APIs, and enterprise-grade governance. This comprehensive approach empowers business users to interact with and create intelligent agents through intuitive natural language interfaces. The initial set of solutions targets critical business functions such as accounts payable, customer support, banking, and healthcare.

A key challenge for enterprises scaling AI has been the difficulty in moving promising pilot projects to full production. Often, these initiatives are time-consuming, resource-intensive, and fail to deliver tangible business value. Automation Anywhere’s Agentic Solutions directly address this by offering customer-validated, ready-to-deploy solutions designed for rapid time-to-market and enhanced success.

“Our new Agentic Solutions represent a major leap beyond legacy applications that rely on manual, step-by-step human input,” stated Ankur Kothari, Co-Founder and COO of Automation Anywhere. “We are providing enterprises with a streamlined, scalable path to agentic automation without sacrificing control, speed, or compliance.”

Each solution comes equipped with a customizable, domain-specific workspace and a conversational automation co-pilot, allowing business users to directly engage with the solutions for quick execution and tangible results. Furthermore, these pre-trained AI agents are knowledgeable about relevant regulatory requirements (e.g., HIPAA, SOC 2, KYC) and include built-in safeguards like data masking and audit trails, making them ideal for regulated industries.

The launch also includes the expansion of Automation Anywhere’s APA system with the industry-first Process Reasoning Engine (PRE). This intelligent AI engine understands enterprise context and dynamically orchestrates work to achieve specific outcomes, enabling agentic orchestration across multiple vendors and fostering cross-platform collaboration.

This innovation empowers AI agents to make independent decisions, learn from outcomes, and refine their approach in real-time, significantly increasing process automation efficiency.
