COMPUTEX 2025: MiTAC Unveils Next-Gen Sustainable AI Data Center Solutions

MiTAC Computing Technology Corp., a subsidiary of MiTAC Holdings Corp. (TWSE:3706), today announced at COMPUTEX 2025, the availability of its newest developments in eco-efficient AI data center solutions, paving the way for sustainable high-performance computing. T

hemed “Empowering Unlimited Possibilities: AI x Sustainability”, MiTAC put up a fully array of advanced technologies that make less impact to environment and get the most out of the capabilities of AI.

One of the key highlights of MiTAC’s demonstration was its new series of power-saving AI inference servers. The MiTAC G4527G6 (MGX™ 4U) packs eight NVIDIA RTX PRO™ 6000 Blackwell server GPUs with dual Intel® Xeon® 6767P processors to deliver and energy efficient AI power. MiTAC G8825Z5 (8U) The MiTAC G8825Z5 (8U), featuring dual AMD EPYC™ 9005 series processors and eight AMD Instinct™ 350 series GPUs, designed for High Performance Computing (HPC) and extreme generative AI and large language model workloads tuned for power efficiency.

Acknowledging the importance of high-density AI cooling, MiTAC also unveiled its full-rack liquid cooling solutions. Available in Liquid-to-Air and Liquid-to-Liquid designs, the systems with in-row CDUs supplied by key partners get you started cooling over 2000 kW.

The Direct Liquid Cooling (DLC) multi-node HPC server MiTAC C2820Z5 also demonstrates MiTAC’s dedication to the green datacenter, as it conforms with the ORv3 standard racks and is 48VDC capable.

During a press conference at their booth, MiTAC highlighted the importance of the partnerships they had in place, especially with AMD. Ted Marena Director, Markets Development, Transformative Technologies at AMD noted the announcement of high performance server platforms featuring AMD EPYC™ processors and AMD Instinct™ GPUs for next generation data center machine learning centers at CES early in the year and the upcoming MI350 series GPU that will have liquid cooling.

Ken Lin, Senior Vice President of Commercial Business, AMD Taiwan re-emphasized the commitment to serve the demand for AI computing power as well as energy efficiency in the modern data center.
