Comviva, a global leader in customer experience and data monetization solutions, has announced a significant partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to accelerate its “AI-first” transformation and SaaSification journey.

This strategic collaboration is set to embed advanced Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Generative AI (GenAI) capabilities across Comviva’s entire product suite, aiming to deliver unparalleled customer experiences and drive sustainable growth for its clients worldwide.

The alliance is a pivotal step in Comviva’s 2.0 growth strategy, focusing on leveraging AWS’s robust cloud infrastructure and advanced AI/ML services. Comviva plans to integrate AI and GenAI across its core platforms, including Ngage-CNPaaS, API Marketplace, MobiLytix, BlueMarble, and mobiquity, for predictive insights and enhanced operational efficiency. For instance, the MobiLytix™ Real-Time Marketing platform will be bolstered with GenAI master agents for actionable analytics and faster campaign configuration.

Beyond product innovation, the partnership extends to enhancing internal operations. Comviva is already seeing significant improvements with AI-infused assistants reducing support ticket resolution times by approximately 20%, targeting a 90% accuracy rate.

Developer and tester productivity is also expected to increase by over 20% through AI-driven enhancements. Furthermore, AI is projected to power 50% of Comviva’s security processes, aiming for over 80% accuracy in threat detection and prediction.

Rajesh Chandiramani, CEO of Comviva, emphasized the company’s commitment to embracing AI as the cornerstone of its transformation. V.G. Sundar Ram, Head of Business Development, AWS India and South Asia, reiterated AWS’s role as a key enabler in Comviva’s AI and SaaS journey, positioning the company for sustained growth and market leadership.

This collaboration signifies a strategic move for Comviva to redefine operational efficiency and customer engagement at scale, setting new industry benchmarks in the rapidly evolving digital landscape.
