NTT DATA, a global leader in digital business and IT services, has been named an “Emerging Leader” in the Emerging Market Quadrant of the 2025 Gartner® Innovation Guide for Generative AI Consulting and Implementation Services. This recognition underscores NTT DATA’s strong market understanding, innovative solutions, and overall viability in the rapidly evolving generative AI (GenAI) landscape.

The Gartner Innovation Guide, published on July 17, 2025, evaluates service providers based on a limited set of criteria crucial for emerging markets, including market understanding, innovation, products and services, and overall viability. Gartner defines GenAI consulting and implementation services as a market focused on assisting enterprises in achieving tangible business results through tailored GenAI solutions.

Yutaka Sasaki, President and CEO of NTT DATA Group, stated, “NTT DATA has the complete capabilities, real-world client experience, and assured-outcome solutions that enterprises need to shape their future with the power of AI. Abhijit Dubey, CEO of NTT DATA, Inc. and Chief AI Officer, emphasized the company’s commitment to delivering measurable impact for clients. “NTT DATA is already delivering real and measurable impact for clients, and insights from our own transition into an AI-native enterprise help us guide clients through their transformation journeys,” he said. “As we continue to build a bold and fair foundation for a human-machine hybrid workplace, our mission is to accelerate client success and positively impact society through responsible innovation.”

With annual investments of billions of US dollars in research and development, including efforts toward more energy-efficient and sustainable AI approaches, NTT DATA is well-positioned to drive innovation in the GenAI space.
